Yeah... I'm feeling pretty good and making some progress - I've gotten back into the groove of thinking about and recording everything I eat. I also just got 3 boxes of healthy foodmail yesterday, which should keep me out of trouble for the next week.
My back is still a bit touchy, but I've been holding steady. Exercise seems to help, so I just need to get my exercise back to normal and I should be in good shape by Christmas.
Off to work I go!
