We started the Advocare 24 day challenge. After some friends started to lose a lot of weight, both of them have lost 45 lbs in three months. The one thing i don't like about the Advocare system is the cost, but on the up side I do have a lot more energy though out the day. I also go for a 18 mile bike ride after work every other day. The biggest thing I have changed is my diet, I have been eating more fresh foods, I haven't had any prepacked foods or meals. Also I haven't had any sugar or salt.

I did the Advocare 24 Day Challenge last year and liked it but it was too expensive for the long term. Going low carb high fat ketogenic diet actually worked better for me. Good Luck

Yes, I think either Atkins or Keto is best plus calorie restriction.
