I am trying to write down every thing I eat, and I am always amaized at how fast those calories add up. Some days, I am ashamed to write it down, but I do, to keep me reminded of what I should do and what I should not have done!

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 October 2009:

keep it up, writing it down is ownership and can definitely help us change our ways. Writing it down is rough, but I hope it will teach me to think twice before i put something in my mouth :P

It does help me. I have an issue with snacks. It makes aware of how all those snacks and extra whatevers add up. Best wishes.
