Not sure what day this is now but things are going well.
Just got back from playing soccer and this is the best I've played in a long, long time... My shins hurt a bit but I am hoping once I take a show some of the pain will go away.
My diet was ok today. I did eat a chocolate chip cookie and had a small bit of a cinnamon roll this morning. My caloric intake seems low but I am averaging a negative caloric intake of about 500. They say that to lose weight you should be between 300-1000 under but while eating a lot of protein.
I need to star on protein shakes next week.
