I’m going to do the same. I have been super strict with my WOE and cannot drop any weight. I’m exercising and doing all the “ right” things and nothing is working. I have thyroid issues so wondering if that’s off…Hope you get some answers!

If you’re stuck, try cleaning out your kitchen of junk food. Throw it away or give it to your neighbors. No one in your family needs it either. Then hit the grocery store and buy only items that fit a particular diet. You can ask your doctor for a referral to a licensed dietitian, too.
