I got up at 530 am this morning. Despite tears over the scale, I ran/walk for 3 miles. It was a beautiful morning. The weather was perfect. The sun's greeting to me was a fantastic display of pinks and oranges shimmering on the lake. My knee is a little sore and my spank tights keep rolling down my tummy but those are my only two complaints so far today.
