I have not been feeling well and I know why. I have reintroduced sugar to my diet. So, not only do I not feel well, but my clothes are tight and my skin is not as clear. The good news is, I know what I have to do and I know that I can do it. A "vacation" from eating right is no vacation at all. The first few days are a re-adjusting period for me - but then I am ok. So, here I go again!
