Hang in there,I've been there .I tweaked my eating by eating mainly fruits, apples strawberries and pears . Or I will have majority of veges, squash green beans,spinach and low fat cottage cheese. I'll do this for 3 days ,then I go back toy regular low carb.eating. I've lost 1 lb.in the last couple of days. Will weigh in later part of the week. My pants seem looser,fingers crossed!
I have 10 more pounds to lose until my goal weight is reached.
