Fell off the wagon with this hurt neck. Was 174 yesterday AM and ate very well...lots of fruits and veggies. Did a little exercise, but will kick it up again today. Rowing machine in basement due to refinishing floor, so that will be unpleasant. Maybe I can do some aerobics or other cardio inside.
171.5 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Great job eating well and getting some exercise in. A little exercise is a whole lot better than not doing anything at all. So keep it up buddy and simply do what you can.
