Thank you I know it's a great feeling to get on the scale and be like wow thats a surprise and then having to check if the weight bar is stuck someplace because it's actually deceiving you into thinking you weigh less than the actual horrible number that is usually there. But it was a good day, and then I went and had a Titos and soda followed by an actual delicious sandwich with bread (BOTH HALVES) instead of the usual damn sashimi or eggs or salad from hell, and now hours later I just feel like a bloated disaster. I know it's impossible to gain five pounds in a day but somehow I make it happen with one sandwich.
