Still maintaining...finding it much easier to keep at this weight. Body and mind are happy!
Update.
So it's been a while, but don't interpret my lack of participation as being slack on my lifestyle. I'm happy to say that I'm doing well food-wise, fitness-wise, and other-wise.
Husband took that promotion we'd been pondering. It has left me a single-mom for the time being while he's at training for 3 months, and his temporary relocation (for about 2 years???). Juggling my work (which I just took a promotion 6 months ago) and the 2 kiddos has been a challenge, but we're finally finding our routine. My husband has been able to make it home for a day on the weekends which gives us all some well needed smiles together.
Still getting to the gym on most of my lunch hours. I've decided to scale back to 3 days a week...give me those other 2 days to volunteer a day at my son's school and a day run any errands I don't like to run with 2 kids in tow.
This month showed some improvement on my monthly "benchmark challenge". I completed 10+ dead-hang pull-ups (my forehead was at the bar on #11), and I did my 100 full-burpees in 9:09! It's been wonderful having this challenge show my improvements over the year, but I'll admit that I'll be happy to have it over with. Two more times and I'll find a new challenge for 2016.
