1st goal hit around 5 days early :) broke the 11st barrier , my bodyfat is down nicely im now onto the last 1st . The goal is to drop around 1lb per week . Take it easy everyone thank you for all the support -
153.7 lb Lost so far: 77.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
