hopefully that was just a snack and not a meal. A person needs to get at least 1200 calories to be even casually active. Slow walking even shorter distances 2-3 rimes a day is a start I find TV sitting watching does nothing for my weight or health.

Hey! That was a light dinner with plenty of protein. I eat 1600 calories daily (a slight deficit), and do a weight lifting 3 times a week! :) I also walk a minimum of 7000steps daily. Doing it healthy!
