Thank goodness. I wasn't sure what to put for a Chinese buffet. Now I know what else I can enter. Sadly... not much for today.

Styxlover1965: I am thinking that periodically when we eat out like Chinese Buffet, keep high protein and veggies, little sauced plates and go for the egg roll. If calories are high, at least they will be healthy ones. :-)
