when i first got this app was about a year and a half ago. at the time i weighed 200 pound,. and just in the last week is the first time I'm back on here since then, and am trying to actually use the app and track my progress. i actually started losing weight back in 2010. at the time i weight 350 and had a lot of success in the first couple of years. i got down to about 215 and things were good. life went on and I slowly started some bad habits and it took a few years but eventually got back up to 250 and maintained this weight until about 2020. during the shutdown like many people my weight went up. i found myself up to 275 and new i needed to make changes. so i started activity trying to eat better. lost some weight and was feeling better. then by September of 2020 i came across keto. this way of eating was right up my alley. i really enjoy cooking and this was a lot of fun learning new ways of making food. I've been doing keto ever since and after 14 years i am finally closing in on my goal of 175. just thought I'd share a little bit more of my story. i struggle everyday with old habits and urges and am still learning how to manage them.
