Its the only way to back yourself properly. If you're not planning out your meals for the week with proper prep then you're just leaainvg yourself open to impulse choices. And those are usually not the best choices you can make. Prep is mindful prepared, and well thought out, and that is what will align with your goals and objectives not impulse. There is literally no other way to do this, and it is the most effective and efficient way of creating a holistically healthy WOE for your life.

No 🫣 last thing I want to do is spend 5 hours cooking on Sunday afternoon and then eat the same thing all week 🤷♀️ but for those who can do it, it seems like a great way to stay on track 👍👍
