Ashley i feel for you. I suffer with anxiety (less now that im not working but still a bit in other areas). My pcp had me do breathing calming exercises. I dont think they actually worked but they did make my heart race less. Also, sometimes if you eat poorly it can ramp up all kinds of things. Sugar for example. Thinking of you darlin and hope it passes soon

Thanks YOH ❤️ I'm sorry to hear you deal with it as well. It's definitely the sugar. I've been eating way too much, it's a vicious cycle! I've already filled out my journal for tomorrow, hopefully having a plan helps.

Hope so for you. Ive found that if i eat too much sugar it starts the whole monster up again of wanting more. Then the sugar high and the sugar crash and lack of energy. Which begs the question, why would i do that to myself? Answer—-because the momentary pleasure rides in the front of my brain like any addict. Im not a drug addict nor alcoholic never have been but definitely a sugar addict.

It's Okay you are a good person even when you eat bad things 😊. When you can breathe each day will be another opportunity to try again 💕. You are loved. It's o k a y 😊. Eating sugar doesn't make you a monster 💀 it may make you feel like crap the next day but just keep going. Anxiety is like living thing you can feed it or starve it do your best to just to a tiny bit ahead so the stress is less. Otherwise your brain 🧠 will snowball the obstacles ahead little steps... you got this! We are in your corner no judgement hung in there. 💓

Eating sugar definitely makes ME a monster😂. Ashley im doing ok and yes i am. Im currently living in a perpetual state of feeling like ive had a couple of drinks (think the world is a little swimmy) without the fun part of being relaxed. I have an appt with an ENT who specialize in vertigo on the 26th. Went back to the gym today and had a bout doing abs. It could be worse. Xoxo honey

Sugar and high carbs affect me a great deal also. Then I'm not as good or efficient (capable) of handling life's problems. I'm glad Yearofhealth mentioned why do we do that to ourselves, and that it comes from a different part of our brain. Sugar and wheat are so, so addictive. I'm right there too.

I hear you! Life can feel overwhelming! But a step away and back, as you say, will definitely help! Sometimes it feels important to be and do certain things in specific ways. But at the end of the day, our mental health must be our top priority. 💙 Take care of you.
