Very Busy day today. Finally got home at 7pm, got on the treadmill at 7:30, got back in the house at 8:40...then I had to go to CVS to buy a cool mist humidifier. Got home around 10:00 after going by Zaxby's to eat 5 fingers on the way home... at least it's 50 grams of protein and I still was below 2000 calories for the day.
I also bought another slice of chocolate cake which should last until Tuesday or Wednesday next week instead of until 11:00pm tonight.
Good day food and exercise wise.
It is strange being able to always have what I want and still lose weight. The secret is in the exercise and the quantity (moderation) of those things I would normally eat 2 or 3 servings if I am not paying attention.
If I lose another 12 pounds, I will be lightest I have been in 3 years. This will get me down to 210 which is what I weighed consistently when I was 30 years old.
