No surprise I gained a couple pounds this weekend with the drinking and good food. but damn it was good I had fun! going to the gym now to do a pre work workout.

Glad you had fun but why not just fit that beer and good food into your daily calorie goals so that you do not take steps back? I just got back from a vacation(5 days) where I lost fat because I fit the burritos and chick fil-a into my macros and calories. It's simple with the phone app as most restaurant calories are in the database.

True I probably could have done better but this weekend was so unpredictable I got to the point I was just like "F it" and just added them up later. Hooters really surprised me what that came out to. I ended up doing a half hour of HIIT on the stepper this morning. Boy do I feel great rite now sitting at work.
