Ok, so I think I cheated a little today, as I had a pizza made with a low-carb tortilla (4 nc) but it was so worth it to have a pizza again. It tasted delicious. And the plus was that was the only thing for the day with an incredible meal that was not what I was supposed to eat. We had company over and it really was really fun for all of us to put together our tortilla pizzas as it had been at least a month since I last had pizza. mmmmm-mmmmm-goood.
And, I'm only at about 21 nc today, so I think the tortilla can slide today. What a happy dinner.
