I HAVE DISAPPOINTED MY SELF AND HAD SURGERY WHERE I LOST THE WEIGHT THEN I GAINED IT BACK AND UPPED MY EXERSIZE TO 1 TO 2 MILES A DAY UGHHHH
BUT TODAY IS A NEW DAY AND IM HOPING TO CHANGE THAT AROUND
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
