Can not figure out how to get the calories with out the carbs !!! and not to mention fat
217.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you doing LCHF? if so, don't worry so much about the calories, just keep your carbs below 20 if on induction phase and below 25 if on the second phase. Just eat a moderate amount of protein and keep your fat content fairly high... a good balance is 75% fat, 20% protein and 5% carbs.

also, only eat when you are REALLY hungry and eat until you are comfortably full. Then don't eat again until hungry again. Your body will tell you when it needs food. And if you feel dizzy, you need sodium.. a 1/4 tsp of sea salt with a squeeze of lemon in water will do the trick for that (or drink a small amount of pickle or sauerkraut juice)

I actually am trying to follow in the same routine as when I lost all my weight last year....I just don't remember so many fat grams ...I lost at a fast enough pace it was rewarding, but wow all the fat !!! I lost another pound but where did that fat go :) I am going walking for sure today after dinner

I keep shredded rotisserie chicken in my fridge at all times as my go to protein source. A lot of times, I eat 4oz of the rotisserie chicken with 1/4 cup of cottage cheese. I also use the rotisserie chicken to make a chicken and cheese omelet, which really helps to get the protein without the carbs. If I make dinner and it is high in carbs, I replace the high carb items with the rotisserie chicken.

Wow that sounds like a great idea.... do you use egg whites along with an egg to do the omelet

There is a misconception that Fat will make you Fat. It is CARBS that make you fat and if you eat an excessive amount of protein, which metabolizes as glucose and can be stored as fat. My suggestion: lower your carb and protein intake and up your fat.. but good fats like coconut oil, olive oil, butter, avocados, nuts and nut butters, and full fat dairies. Use nuts and dairies in moderation because they both have carbs and can slow weight loss. Go to Youtube and watch a video called Butter Makes Your Pants Fall Off. You won't regret it :) This is considered a Ketogenic or Low Carb High Fat diet.

I just use a regular egg out of the fridge Gloriahurd. They won't add carbs to your meal, so you can choose if you use the whole egg or just the whites. I also buy my rotisserie chickens from my local Sam's Club. I buy three at a time, shred them all at once, and then freeze some of it if I don't go through it fast enough. It makes it very convenient, which works very well for me and removes any excuses to grab unhealthy items out of the fridge.

Thank you for all the input :) I am not starving but I am not a happy camper because I am craving to just sit down and indulge just because I can't .... REBELLION at it's fullest !!!! okay so I am going walking to take my mind off the refrigerator
