Over a year ago my 10 year relationship with the woman i loved dearly came to a horrible end. What once filled me with joy and happiness left me filled with anger and hatred. It would have been easy to go back to the bad eating and drinking habits, to finish destroying what we built together. Instead I stay the course,now I have gone from almost 260 to where I am today.
