benitogaribay, added to your fav ramen I add 3-4 oz really thinly sliced top sirloin a fried egg a whole scallion (,the green in large pieces the white pretty thin) & as much baby bok choy as you can stuff In there, also garlic and onion powder cus I like the flavor pretty potent.

I jazz up my ramen instant soup too. It turns it into at least 2 servings. Today I added sliced mushrooms, fresh spinach, more Asian seasonings (such as sesame oil and soy sauce maybe ginger) and sriracha. Sometimes I add small pieces of pork or Shrimp. So good!

cjgriffith1 YES!! That sounds so good!! Try the egg.. I pop it as soon as I put it in n it thickens the broth just a tiny bit n is so yummy! I love to add a lil siracha n sesame too😁
