This reflects being back on track after hitting a high of ~143# on 8/20/15 - result in abandoning all restraint and exercise during the "anxiety management" period of my breast cancer journey. From 8/23 to today (9/21), I've regained control of both portions, food choices and exercise and have lost ~10# with another 12# to go.
