Good Morning everyone. Sorry I haven't been on in a while. I have joined a new gym and worked out there for the first time on Tuesday. Loved it. Great staff always willing to help and answer any questions. I weighed for the first time in a couple of weeks this pasted Monday morning and was down 3 lbs. LOVE the fact that me and the scales are on speaking terms again. I hope everyone has a great Thursday and stay fit.

Cindy, congrats on a gym that you are liking!! Also congrats on the loss. I need to get back to the gym. Life has been getting in the way and trying to get things done before cold weather hits full force.
