Got on the scale this morning, 177 flat. Thought to myself "I know I've put in work but I haven't put in 2 pounds in a week's worth." Finish getting ready for work, weigh again. 177.6. I don't know where I picked up that half a pound in 30 minutes without eating or drinking anything but I think it's a more realistic number. Still down a pound for the week just like I wanted to be.
