After some time passing, I thought I would "weigh in" this morning so, I drug out the sales.

Again, only paying attention to your "weight" is NOT a good measure of your bodies health. So, as I have continually harped, do not utilize this one measurement to keep track of how "healthy" you are. It's more than just looking at a number on a scale. Also, this is the first time I've weighed myself in more than a few weeks.

Keep up the good work everyone and remember, you can do this! #NOEXCUSES!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My scale is not the easiest to read, so, I reweighed after my shower and I believe I am at 188. Not 180... perfect example of why NOT to use weight as a determining factor.
