hey guys! my montreal chicken and ratatouille came out amazingly delicious last night!! i didn't end up using the recipe from EatingWell.com, because I'm not a big fan of marajoram and basil. The montreal chicken spice was great and i spiced up the ratatouille. my fiance and my friend loved it! i dropped the ratatouille off at my parents' house, so my mom's gonna have it for lunch. i'm so glad it came out good! :)</P><P>no cooking for the next few days! just putting together a bruschetta dish for a bridal party i'm going to on saturday./<P><P>tonight my mom is making diet chicken and a WW broccoli casserole, so i should be good to go! :)</P><P>i hope everyone has a good day!
