only 9 pounds to go, finding it a little harder to stay on track. seems i am up and down and the mo kind of stuck on the 11ish mark need motivation.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week

Those last pounds can be hardest. Dig your heals in and get strict with your diet and exercise. Focus on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. You just have to push through. Your chart looks great.
