I love my salads- try more variety! Experiment with different toppings, cheeses, etc. You can also try cooking with greens to get them in another way. The whole idea is that you should enjoy what you're eating and if you don't, you should keep trying new things until you find things that you really love. Try different cheeses, nuts, veggies, fruit and types of dressings- the possibilities are limitless!

I love salads too. So many ways to prepare them. Try to make them more interesting by adding hardboiled eggs, grilled chicken strips, tuna, smoked fish or tofu, avocado, goats cheese, apples, cubed beet, sundried tomatoes, black olives, walnuts, pine nuts, maybe a tablespoon of nice oil like truffle oil or a good extra virgin olive oil. Obviously not all at once! Make a little luxurious meal out of it! Adding healthy fat and protein is important otherwise you'll be hungry again an hour later.

I love my salads too... I agree with everyone else, mix them up add different things nuts, meat, chicken, seafood, fish (not all at once lol). Vary your "green" stuff, lettuce, thinly sliced cabbage, Carrott, courgette, red peppers, onion, pickled red cabbage. Some good mixes are julienne carrots and courgette with a drop of sesame oil, some sesame seeds and a sprinkle of soy sauce - mix together - delicious; Celery, nuts, sultanas and very low fat Mayo - bit like Waldof salad; thinly sliced White cabbage an onion, grated carrot mix together with very low fat Mayo, delish as it or add 1/2 teaspoon mustard or horseradish for a change; grated carrot and orange segments mixed together with some orange juice and drop of White wine vinegar..... The possibilities ar ndless
