Sort of tiptoeing through a minefield today. I've been staying away from foods that are triggers for me. No need to test myself. Today I decided to use a few ingredients that have been in my refrigerator but that I haven't touched. I ate an old favorite, Cheddar cheese on bread with mayo. I was very careful. 1 tablespoon of mayo. Mustard instead of extra mayo. A wheat bread with lots of grains. And Tillimook cheddar, 2 ounces of cheese. That's 550 calories total. It would have been 1500 before. I'm trying to stay at 1600 calories per day. I have a lot of stored calories to burn.
