weigh in tomorrow , I've taken a 4 day diet break and been to the onsite gym whilst on holiday I'm honestly expecting to have put at least 7 lb on .I know it's mainly water weight etc so hoping after my usual eating schedule over the rest of the week / weekend I will have a true reading by Monday . stay awesome people , never found my mermaid on hols - gutted
