Thanks! I've ordered those ketosis strips. I def need to weight myself less and not freak out as long as the strip says I'm fine. :D

wonderful! and don't worry about weighing, you can weigh yourself once a week or every 10 days like others do, or weigh yourself 10 times a day, like me, it makes no difference. The weight will still drop if you stick to your guns and to the rules. I personally prefer to weigh myself several times a day to observe what effect certain foods or exercises have on my metabolism. With the multiple medical issues I have I discovered it's a safer bet and I can do a better job if I keep an eye on that scale. By the way, when you will feel comfortable to exercise, remember this one tip: it is better to eat AFTER you exercise, not before. Many people would say "oh I ate 200 calories too many, I will walk them off". Well, that doesn't work too well, because by the time you feel that your stomach is settled enough to begin to exercise, those extra calories have already been absorbed and are fat, and it will take twice as much effort to drop them. While if you eat AFTER you exercise, your body will already be in a temporary high metabolism rate due to the exercise itself, so even if you eat a little bit more, it will be "burned off" and not be transformed and deposited as fat.

I honestly think that in less than 10 days you'll get to under 200 lbs.

You think so, Day? I'm hoping and -- more importantly -- working for it! It won't be for lack of trying! Man, I want a glass of wine! lol
