After two days I have lost 8 pounds, my food intake has remained the same but my calories from alcohol has been eliminated. My intake was 25% of RDI but I'm not hungry

Alcohol is one of the most caloric substances known to man. I couldn't believe that a glass of Amarula was 800+ calories. Good grief! I'm going to make some iced teach today so I have something else fun to drink. Good for you for cutting out the booze!
