I wasn't going to weigh today, since I just weighed two days ago, but I stepped on hoping to have lost a pound. Just a pound, that's all I hoped for. I'm down 4.4 pounds! I figure it's just a fluke but I went ahead and recorded it. Seeing that downward line on the graph, what motivation!

Nice loss, some of it water I am sure but that's great. If you are doing keto or low carb that's common.

Yes, Nicholaix, I'm doing low carbs. I missed the goal by quite a lot on Tuesday, but I hit it yesterday. Well, carb-wise anyway. I didn't get nearly enough calories, but there's always today!

It's not a fluke, I told you that in the first 2 weeks you will loose like crazy, and also told you that the greatest thing about LCHF is that you see that scale going down and it keeps you motivated. As long as you're 70% of RDI it's fine, and remember you can always eat a tbsp or two of butter to up the calories.
