I know this sounds like an excuse for not being on here- but it's not- honest! i have an allotment and this time of year lots of veg are ready to take home so I've been really busy, Consequently I haven't taken the time to record my food diary- not good or plan what I'm eating- not good either. But I did find time over the weekend to do alot of cooking for the freezer, using Hairy Biker's recipes and some of my own so I don't have to start and fins something easy to cook and not good for me when I get in. My exercise is my allotment for around 2-2.5 hours per day, which means I have to find something else during the winter months.
