173.4 Welcome to the Roller Coaster! I dread this portion of the process. But I realize it is part of the "Adventure", just a pain though. The up/down/all around. Today starts the long holiday weekend and with it a LOT of temptations will begin. This will be a real test of my strength to 'keep on keeping on' my woe. Today will be ok, but tonight, tomorrow and through Monday will be touchy. I'm on & off here as I can. Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & Take care to ALL, have a nice Holiday weekend :-)
