Greetings my Best Buddies,
Happy Sunday! I am feeling like a Warrior today.
Last night, my dear husband and I went to a movie and then dinner. We had NO treats or popcorn at the theater, and I pre-planned dinner so I could log everything and still stay within my RDI.
I felt really happy to have control over food rather than allowing food to have control over me!
Prednisone will end tomorrow; but the antibiotics will continue...I dearly hope I can maintain a downward trend for August.
Words of the Week: "I will never, never, never give up. I will be a pillar of bad-ass calm!" I am dedicated, determined and diligent.
