Waaayyy overate at this meal.
Ok for this day though...
Wouldn't be nearly as bad for the day, but I had a comfott food snack later.
This was an earlier meal than my norm.
Eating late suppers helps for smaller snacks, or if late enough, avoid it altogether

Since evening is my hungriest time of day, I eat dinner late. I know many advise against that, but it works for me.

I agree Shirley.... As long as I can fall asleep before I think to snack, it helps the day talley up as a win! 👍😊
