So...my weight is right where I started almost 3 months ago...it's my own fault. I know where I go wrong. Whatever I put in my mouth stays on my body. I need to change the way I think about food...forever. So here are my reasons why I want to lose weight:
1)I want to feel good about myself. 2)I want to like how I look in pictures again. 3)I want to feel sexy and attractive. 4) I want to look good in a bikini... 5) I want to have more energy and positivity. 6) I want to be considered "thin and healthy" when people describe my body. 7) I want to buy nice clothes again at discounted prices. 8) To be able to have my Diabetes levels under control. 9) I want to be fit enough to say YES! when I'm asked to hike up Lion's Head. 10) I want to feel confident when I'm invited to attend a party and the hostess says: Bring your bikini costume along!
There are literally no Pro's about being overweight. I feel uncomfortable living in the body I'm currently in.
How am I going to lose weight and keep it down:
1) Follow a diet that limits carbohydrates - 3 main meals a day with carbs, 2 snacks made of vegetables and protein.
2) Exercise 5 times a week of 1 hour per day.
3) Keep a daily tracking of food consumed.
4) Drink 8 glasses of water per day.
5) Do a weekly fitness challenge.
