So I was thinking of trying to track my food. I started today and I hope to remember to continue. I also have decided to try the challenge of not drinking soda. I have in the past used soda as my main consumption of liquids, but over the past few years I have weened myself down to 2-3 cans a day and at least 60 ounces of water. The biggest problem that I have is I like the way that it tastes and I feel that I need to caffeine boost. Plus I do not drink coffee or tea, as I do not like the taste of them. So here goes to trying.
My husband and I just completed Chalean Extreme and are moving on to Turbo Fire. Then when we are finished with the turbo fire I hope to combine the two. He would like to try P90X, but I have to say that I am very intimidated by the infomercial for it. Since I am still very heavy its hard to get myself up off the ground, but I still try with the turbo fire each day.

Good for you with the exerciase routines. That's my weakness, I can't get my motivation to keep to an exercise routine. With the soda, give yourself baby-steps. I have had a huge addiction to pepsi, and it was hard to kick it when everyone else has a soda at supper, but I actually get more energy when I get rid of that crutch. (of course, right now i'm pregnant, so i have a great motivator to keep me away from soda). you can do it! I hope you like encouragement because that'w what buddies are for :)
