Did very well for myself last night at O'Charley's. Ordered a Sangria, but drank only about a third of it and gave the rest to my friend. I had their Chicken Tortilla Soup and a side salad and ignored the rolls completely. I also had a piece of their peach pie, which brought my overall caloric count for the day to a wee bit over 1300 calories. My daily caloric goal is 1000-1200 cals/day. I have a light day planned for today to help keep me on track. Have a complete menu planner for the remainder of the week and will make my menu choices for next week sometime today in order to grocery shop next week. I find that planning my menus ahead [even if I mix and match them during the week] makes my grocery shopping "safer".

Wow, interesting, your calorie goal is low. I set mine at 1700, so far I am coming in under my number around 1400.

Yes, my calorie goal is low, but I'm trying to jump start my program. I have been completely out of control for much too long. However, having been on the Weight Watcher program for years and have done quite well. I know that the women's program is approximately 1200 calories per day and I am using that as a guide for me now.

My calorie count is low too. I'm only eating about 800 a day. But, I'm not getting hungry and I'm eating lots of protein. Have lost 5 pounds since Sunday. Keep up the good work!
