Breakfast Blend coffee, 1 tablespoon of non-fat powdered milk, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar in the raw. Bottled water to help with my nutrients. All coming in at 50 calories this morning. Some mornings I have a big breakfast, most mornings just wanting coffee.
