Continuing to tweak the amount of calories, carbs, and fat intake without changing or lowering the amount of food. At this point I'm not starving myself. I'm staying fairly full throughout the day. I've found other veges to take the place of carrots which are high in sugar carbs. Once gone I will switch. Also I will not eat the yogurt everyday but will only keep what I have for emergency snacking since it too is very high in sugar carbs, and calories. I've eliminated the olive oil on grilled veges and replaced with spray pam. Replaced apples with grapefruit and strawberries which by weight have fewer calories and lower in sugar carbs.
