I reeled it back in and I'm happy about that! I counted those points and when I got the munchies I turned to the good stuff or drank some water! Now I just have to start my new week over tomorrow and keep the basics going for more loss! Good for me!
167.8 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
