OK. I ate mostly what I expected to at Whiskey Creek. I upped to the 12oz Flat Iron instead of the 8oz, but was very satisfying.
I weighed in before eating dinner, but am happy with the results, so I'm not arguing. Will weigh in again in a week or less.
