Today marks a whole month of Fatsecret for me. So far, I've lost 5 lbs. I hope to keep up this progress and stop fluctuating between these 5 lbs. I have been good about not over indulging but I have to be better this next month. I hope to get to a point where I am able to eat healthy without a second thought.

Diet Calendar Entry for 03 August 2011:
865 kcal Fat: 17.43g | Prot: 82.38g | Carb: 87.71g.   Breakfast: Fat Free Milk, Coffee, original coffee mate, Canadian Bacon, The Amazing Egg - Cholesterol & Fat Free. Lunch: green onion, Cut Green Beans (No Salt Added), Extra Lean Ground Turkey, tomato, Balsamic Vinaigrette, garden fresh garden classic salad. Dinner: Beef Steak Strips, Stir Fry Vegetable Blend, Less Sodium Soy Sauce, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce. Snacks/Other: Hillshire Ultra Thin Roast Beef, Part Skim Mozzarella String Cheese, Juicy Fruit Chewing Gum, strawberries, 0% Fat Greek Yogurt - Honey Vanilla, gala apple, BANANA. more...

Congrats on the 5lbs loss and the 1 month mark. I worry about the fluctuation too so I'm trying to stay focused. I will let myself get really excited when I hit 10 lbs lost. Then I will know that it really is working.

Thanks!! I know what you mean. This has to be the hardest 5 lbs to lose in my life! I am just trying to be realistic and tell myself that it will take a month to see results. Before I would just throw my hands up and turn my back on dieting if I didn't see progress in a week! 10 lbs lost would be sooo amazing. We can do it!!
