Once again I am going to get back to exercising and recording my food choices. Not doing bad with my weight but not good either. If I do not get back with the program, my weight will keep creeping up. Now last week I was on vacation so that is some of the weight change. Summer work schedule ends this week and then I am back to full time. That will help also.
