Cheesegonnler, thanks and you are right! I usually have to go down in weight when I return from vacation but I think since I consistently worked out I was able to lift heavier. I usually use 15-17.5 lbs for triceps but for some reason when I do skull crushers and tricep presses I can go heavier. If I was doing regular tricep extensions I use 15s or 17.5. My chest is my weakest area. I had trouble bench pressing big bar. Sometimes I can add 20 lbs but not today. 💜💪 Katsolo, thanks! We could really use them at home cuz yesterday it was 115 and we have rock in our backyard, you can't have grass here due to water restrictions. I put my hand to ground and it burned it. Poor Sydney, she wouldn't ( or couldn't) go out until evening and it was still 105 at 9 pm! She didn't 💩 all day yesterday.,
